By making a purchase from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.

3. Our Refund Policy
Conditional Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Proof of Effort: You must demonstrate that you have made a good-faith effort to use and implement the product or service. This includes downloading and going through the document and/or completing the first two modules of the course.
- Written Request: You must submit a written refund request to jade@jadeguernsey.com explaining why the product or service did not meet your expectations.
- First-Time Purchase: Refunds are limited to first-time customers only. If you have previously requested and received a refund from us, you are not eligible for additional refunds on future purchases.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Gift cards and store credits

- Services that have been fully rendered or completed
- Live event tickets (virtual or in-person) after the event has occurred
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your full name, order number or transaction ID, date of purchase, and the email address used for the purchase.
- Explain Your Request: Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
- Await Response: We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Please note that submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds by check, cash, or to alternative payment methods.
- Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., for partially used services or courses). The partial refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the product or service that was used or accessed.
- Store Credit Alternative: At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a monetary refund. Store credits do not expire and can be applied to future purchases.
7. Subscription and Recurring Payment Cancellations
If you have purchased a subscription or membership with recurring payments:
- Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account then navigate to Settings > Company Billing and click “Modify Subscription” to cancel or email us at jade@jadeguernsey.com
- Cancellation Timing: Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, no refund will be issued for the remaining days in that billing period.
- Free Trial Conversions: If you signed up for a free trial and did not cancel before the trial period ended, you were automatically enrolled in the paid subscription and charged accordingly. Refunds for automatic trial conversions are subject to this Refund Policy.
8. Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously. A chargeback (also known as a payment dispute) occurs when you contact your credit card company, bank, PayPal, or other financial institution to reverse a charge rather than working with us directly to resolve the issue.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at jade@jadeguernsey.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
By making a purchase from us, you agree to the following:
- Good Faith Resolution: You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes or concerns directly with us before filing a chargeback with your financial institution.
- Breach of Agreement: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
- Dispute Response: We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and will provide documentation to your financial institution proving delivery of products/services and your agreement to these terms at the time of purchase.
- Access Revocation: If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your access to any digital products, courses, memberships, or services associated with the disputed charge.
Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent (i.e., you received the product/service, accessed the content, and filed a chargeback anyway), we reserve the right to pursue the following remedies:
- Filing a report with credit bureaus and/or fraud prevention databases
- Pursuing collection of the amount owed through appropriate legal channels
- Recovering associated costs including chargeback fees, legal fees, court costs, and collection costs
- Pursuing legal action in small claims court or through other appropriate legal proceedings
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this Refund Policy in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing purchased content and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product or service.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error or system glitch.
- Product Not as Described: If the product or service was materially different from its description on our website.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to jade@jadeguernsey.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to grant any exception requests.
10. International Customers
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please be aware of the following:
- This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Indiana, United States.
- Refunds will be issued in USD. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
- We cannot be held responsible for variations in the refund amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
EU/EEA Customers: Under EU consumer protection law, you may have a 14-day withdrawal period for certain purchases. However, by purchasing digital content and accepting immediate access or delivery, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins or access is granted, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
