- Even a “shake-only” diet—six shakes a day and no real food (yikes!)
After my first baby, my hormones were out of whack. I didn’t recognize my body, my energy was gone, and I felt like a stranger in my own skin. I was desperate to feel like me again—but I also knew I couldn’t live in restriction forever.
What changed everything?
I found a method that actually worked with my busy life, not against it.

I finally lost 50 pounds—not through obsession or extremes, but through sustainable habits that gave me my energy, confidence, and joy back.
